The building showcases the upcoming most exciting residential address in the heart of Kaohsiung, the capital of southern Taiwan, and features a bookstore where visitors can browse, sit, and enjoy a leisurely drink and a bite.

In our design, the use of pattern and texture creates rhythm and variation. This creates a sense of human scale. Glass and suggests lightness and transparency, with a play of interior light to set the overall mood of brand. A play of simple lines and gaps can do much to suggest an air of exclusivity and luxury. The sky is used as a building material when cleverly reflected against the varying angles of the facade, highlighting its materiality and pattern. We decided that with so much sunshine here year-round, why not let the blue sky be our facade?
